Preparing for a summer vacation? Watch for which airline you choose...
David Caroll a Canadian musician recently had his $3,500 guitar smashed up while on a United Airlines flight. He asked for compensation - but they refused to pay.
Naturally, he took his fight to YouTube. Take a look:
The song written, and performed by Carroll himself has received 400,000 views since this past Monday.
United Airlines even made this statement about the video in the Calgary Herald:
"While we mutually agree this should have been fixed much sooner, Dave's excellent video provides us with something we can use for training purposes to ensure that all customers receive better service for us," spokeswoman Robin Urbanski told the paper.
Anybody who's ever flown knows that airlines can be frustrating. For those who have not flown, well now you know where and how to get your frustrations out.
